1. Estimates and quotes

Estimates and quotes are provided for your convenience and are not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed after we assess your property and may be adjusted for size, access, condition, or scope not visible at the time of the estimate. Recurring services are governed by our Service Agreement.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. All content, branding, and design on this site are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

3. Accounts and client portal

If you use our client portal, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments and email/hosting providers) to operate our business. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from ours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Lancaster County, South Carolina, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court action lies in Lancaster County, South Carolina.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
